Ladipo Eso, a rapper who was born on April 29, 1992, is currently one of the best in Nigerian music. The Mavin Records artist, also known by his stage name Ladipoe, has established himself as a financially successful and award-winning performer.

The music genius rose to fame in the business after working with the band Show Dem Camp to produce the smash tune Feel Okay.

He released the hit track Jaiye in 2019, two years after joining the Mavin Family, but Know You with Simi, which won the Best Collaboration Category at The Headies in 2020, was even more successful.

After rave reviews, his debut EP, Providence, was published in 2021. He had already completely overtaken the Afrobeats music landscape with the top-charting, party-starting tune Feeling, featuring BNXN. The song contributed to Ladipoe’s renown as Nigeria’s King Of Afro Rap.

Early Life

On April 29, 1992, Ladipoe was born into the renowned family of Mr. and Mrs. Eso. The Eso family lived in Lagos City, but they were originally from the historic Yoruba city of Ilesa, which is located in Osun State.

The rapper Ladipo Eso, who also had a Religious upbringing, was given that name by his parents. His early years were spent in Nigeria’s economic hub, where he also finished his elementary and secondary education before moving abroad to pursue his academic education.

The Best Collaboration trophy from The Headies in 2020 was won by Ladipoe. He received a nomination for the song Know You. In the category of Most Played Hip-Hop Song for the Net Honors Music Award in 2021, the same song received a second nomination.
