She penned and recorded the single, Skin, which was an instant hit, being inspired by her own experiences. She made the decision to create a remix after realizing how much her fans adored the song. This time, she collaborated with British female musicians Alicai Harley and Br3nya.
She persisted in her pursuit of stardom in the music industry and soon released the EP A Short Love Story. All of the tracks in the project reached the top of the UK R&B charts, making it a huge success.
She released It’s Alright in 2020, which is another one of her smash hits. R&B and trap music are combined in the song.
She approached UK artist Ms Banks and Nigerian vocalist Oxlade to work on a project at the end of 2021. Interest, a smash single, was produced and released by the group. The song has received thousands of streams and downloads since it was released. In Nigeria, the UK, and the rest of Europe, it is among the songs that are “most listened to.”
The song’s music video was recorded and made available in February 2021.
Dolapo was invited to the There’s No Signal program Afternoon Tea From 3 because of the distinctiveness of her sound. She and Shakka collaborated to perform a version of a Party Next Door song in October 2020.
She was one of the featured artists on the album of music icon, Wiley. The album is titled Boasty Gang.
