Kelvyn Boy – Vero

Gifted Ghanaian music phenomenon and song composer, Kelvyn Boy has just released a mind-blowing track titled “Vero.”

Kelvyn Boy, whose real name is Kelvin Brown, is a Ghanaian Afrobeat singer and songwriter. He was born on April 1, 1991, in Assin Fosu, Central Region, Ghana. Kelvyn Boy gained popularity after participating in the eighth edition of the MTN Hitmaker reality show in Ghana, where he emerged as one of the finalists.

Kelvyn Boy is known for his unique blend of Afrobeat, Highlife, and Dancehall music styles. His music often features catchy melodies, energetic rhythms, and meaningful lyrics that touch on various aspects of life, love, and social issues. Some of his popular songs include “Mea” featuring Joey B, “Afrobeats” featuring Sarkodie, “Yawa No Dey,” “Nana Ama,” and “Coffee.”

In 2018, Kelvyn Boy signed a record deal with Burniton Music Group, owned by Ghanaian dancehall artist Stonebwoy. However, their partnership ended in 2019 due to reported disagreements. Since then, Kelvyn Boy has been pursuing his solo career and has released several singles and an EP titled “T.I.M.E” (The Integrity Manifestation EP).

Kelvyn Boy has garnered recognition and accolades for his music. He has been nominated for and won various awards, including the VGMA Unsung Artiste of the Year in 2018 and the Best New Artiste of the Year at the 2020 Ghana Music Awards USA.
