DaBaby – Essence (Freestyle)

Dababy returns with an incredible freestyle of Wizkid’s remix “Essence” a few weeks after Wizkid released the remix “Essence.”

Wizkid collaborated with Tems and Canadian vocalist Justin Biber on the remix to his summer hit, Essence. Since then, the song has dominated the mainstream. Dababy decided to release his own rendition of Wizkid’s hit song. Dababy uses Essence beatz to destroy the song with his rap flows.

Nonetheless, the freestyle has sparked numerous disputes on social media, with many Wizkid fans believing that Dababy is attempting to steal Wizkid’s song. Dababy is hesitant about the entire claim because he previously apologized for the hate speech he delivered during his excursion with numerous HIV Awareness organizations. In July, the artist made a homophobic remark while performing at Rolling Loud Miami.
