Nasty C was born on February 11, 1997, in Durban, South Africa. He began his music career at a young age and released his debut mixtape, “One Kid, a Thousand Coffins,” in 2012, which garnered attention and helped him build a fan base. In 2014, he released his first studio album, “Bad Hair,” which received critical acclaim and commercial success.
His second studio album, “Strings and Bling,” released in 2018, further solidified his position as one of South Africa’s most talented rappers. Nasty C’s music often combines elements of hip-hop, trap, and African rhythms, and he is known for his slick wordplay and introspective lyrics.

As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, Nasty C had signed a major record deal with Def Jam Recordings, one of the most influential hip-hop labels in the United States. This signing marked a significant milestone in his career and demonstrated his growing global appeal.
